Limited Warranty Policy

5 Year Residential/1 Year Commercial

GoldenHome Cabinetry Warrants that it’s Cabinets and Parts should be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years following the acquisition date for Residential Customers and a period of 1 Year following the acquisition date for Commercial Customers. The warranty period begins on the Purchase Date.

This Limited Warranty applies to Domestic use only and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Labor and shipping are not included. Indoor Use Only. All Warranty actions are through the original Dealer Where Purchased. If that dealer is no longer in business with GoldenHome, another dealer will be assigned. In the event of an issue, GoldenHome will examine the product and at it’s sole discretion will determine if the warranty applies. If the product is no longer available, GoldenHome will substitute with a similar product. Color Match is not guaranteed as all cabinets will change overtime.

Please follow all Assembly, Instillation and Care instructions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, outdoor use, or damage from misuse or abuse. Return Policy

Customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all items on their order with signature or electronic confirmation prior to processing. EURO Cabinetry will not be held responsible for orders due to incorrect measurements or items provided by customer. If order is refused for any reason after shipment or upon delivery, customer will be held responsible for all freight charges and fees incurred. All returns or exchange must be within 15 days from order pick up date. 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned or exchanged items. All concealed damages must be documented and report to EURO Cabinetry within 3 days of pick up. EURO Cabinetry reserves the right to not accept any return product after careful inspection. No returns or exchanges for items that are opened box, assembled, damaged, missing parts, special ordered or final sale items. Any bounced checks are subject to a $30 bank fee. Credit Card refunds will be subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.
